Sorry just have to get off my chest. A couple weeks ago I tried to download an upgrade for my Lowrance well because of my computer system (vista) it wouldn't let me download upgrade. So I tried calling Lowrance to no avail so I emailed them asking them what can I do to get the upgrade that was two weeks ago they still haven't got back to me do they not care about there customers
