Any pics? I've heard of them...that they are big and fight like hell...never caught one though. Just see people hanging out in the inlets fishing for them.

Favorite fish to catch: Bullreds. Nothing quite like fighting a monster red that doesn't want to give up.

Favorite fish to eat: Sheepshead. I know a lot of people don't like messing with them because they're hard to clean, but sheepshead are DELICIOUS. Sheepshead meat is like buttery lump crabmeat.

Favorite freshwater fish to eat: Bluegill. I hate cleaning those little suckers, but a bluegill fish fry is quite a tastebud pleaser. If I catch a few big enough, I stuff crawfish between the filets and broil them with a creamy lemon sauce. Getting hungry just thinking about it...

My favorite fish to eat would have to be whiting they have about the best tasting meat IMO, I know they dont put up the biggest fight in the world when you catch em but they do what they can and you can keep as many as you can catch of em down here.

2nd best fish I dont know if alot of yal keep em or not but I love em is shark, thats some of the best eating you can catch and they really put up one heck of a fight on the way to the boat.
