Birds, slicks, and tricks for specks! What produced more?

When looking for speckled trout There are to sure things that could point out a feeding school of trout!

Birds- seagulls fly around everyday with nothin to do but find there next meal! If you find s group of birds diving that's a sure sign that bait if being pushed up to the surface by a school of fish feeding! Toss your line I'n the middle of the frenzy and chances are your going to catch fish

Slicks- slicks are created when fish are feeding below waters surface! A slick will be a piece of water that apears dead still while the rest of water ripples . Most productive slicks will be smaller! Let's say the size of a boat! Toss your live around it and hold on!

Also the slicks will have oil from the fish on top of the water, you should see an oily rainbow on top of the water.
