Mitchell 300 I have 4 with 6 spare spools including a stainless and a match yrs old got them all 4 less than 40$ used all over the world. Pan fish to halibit look after them and will and ur kvd 300$ dollar reel would have to out last u without ever stoping and the spare spool 4 them would cost more than than my intyer collection of mitchells

Daiwa ss tournament. Cheap and indestructible for freshwater and salt everyone I know who's had one never had to work on it for years plus it had micro drag adjustment

My favorite is the code quantim rod but i have a daiwa strikeforce that is really stong and sturdy
