Default Catfishing Rigs

Hey guys. I'm new to the forum and my first question is if I'm targeting 15-30lb catfish in Pa how big of a treble hook am I looking for? I usually use circle hooks but my lake has been stirred up lately so I wanna float some bait.

Couldn't tell you the treble hook size if it helps I saw on O'Neil outdoors when he was fishing with team catfish targeting some 50+ lb cats he used a rig setup that consisted of some heavy weights on a sliding rig with a clip past the clip was a small bobber and after that the hook with bait. The point was to drop the bait down the float would lift the bait a little of the ground. I'm sure if you google O'Neil and team catfish im sure it will show up
