Default Best color lizards for times of day

I love Zoom 6" lizards. Ive heard good things about watermelon, and pumpkin seed, and i like them for in the day. What are the best color lizards for different types of day? I would think darker for early morning

Watermelon has worked very well in the past for me, but mostly during spawn or just post spawn

Why don't you "match the hatch" as they say. Search the internet, check with a local vet or forest preserve department see what your local lizards look like. Then pick a lizard accordingly. It's like the bill dance tadpole it works but its probably more effective when frog eggs are hatching into them.
