How did your opener go? After turkey hunting I was able to get out for a grand total of 1.5hrs of fishing on Sunday night. During that time I was able to land 2 largemouth in the 11" range. The big girls seemed to be still staging.

Opening day i took my daughter to a smallish lake that is full of panfish for her to catch...water was a bit too cold though and fish were hard to come by.
She caught 3 bluegills and i caught a couple crappie...had fun anyway.
