Default who likes to ice fish out there??

anyone like to ice fish? this winter has gotten off to a slow start for the season but does anyone out there ice fish? or does anybody have enough ice to even get out on the lake lol

Actually supposed to soon with a buddy but was at lake today and I ran across it. South suburbs of Chicago here. So the ice was pretty solid

My son has been hammering me to go but the problem is here in NJ it's more like spring then winter, might have to go to Alaska if we want ice lol

yea we may have to travel to the arctic circle to do any ice fishing anymore lol global warming may take out the ice fishing but will allow me to keep the boat out more and not have to store the darn thing! this weather is teasing us and making us think its almost time to get out on the water haha hopefully soon we get out up here in IL.

Yea I been saying the same thing but nonetheless I bought myself a ice rod and some jigs with the hopes to go and never went Smh I wonder if I could use those rods to fish bluegill or something. Can these things cast lol ?
