Default Fish for sport or for food?

Just wondering if you fish for sport/recreation or for food, or both? I do it for recreation.

I do mostly sport.... I just catfish ... I usually keep a couple at the beg of year to freeze... I never keep a fish over 8lbs ....

I'm a sport fisherman. Although the few times I go out to the gulf stream...I'll eat that stuff!

I fish mainly for sport but when steelhead come in there is noting like fresh fish for dinner.

I mainly fish for sport, I eat maybe one meal a month of fresh caught fish yet I fish sometimes three or four times a week.

in it for the sport. ill keep every now and again but even then it goes to my mom. i dont eat fish

I mainly fish to keep but every now and then Ill go Bass fishing for sport. In the winter for ice fishing I keep what I catch if its a good size.
