Utah fishing

Anyone been out on the rivers in northern Utah this spring? The rivers are running high and fast from the rain and snow run-off. Has the fishing been any good? I'm a newbie to fly fishing, but I would imagine fast, muddy rivers are no good for fishing. Advice?

Ya the rivers are in no shape to be fished this time of year, but as soon as the water slows down its on!!! My personal favorite is the upper provo river (where it comes threw heber/midway to deer creek)! I got 3 words for ya German Brown Rapaula!
